Yeah, post pics of the shrinking. It's a hassle because once you unplug it you have to restart the computer again. After disabling those, disable your Realtek driver. This will fix the problems. Unless you find the right solution based on your cause, the same fix will not work, even though the problem is the same. Sorry to bump this up but can't seem to find an answer for this.

Yeah, post pics of the shrinking. The same thing happens to the icon bar. You have video but no audio! This is the case, if you have many sound cards or speakers attached. I've had this laptop for over a year and it hasn't worked at all, despite updating regularly, etc. I was able to finally get a few screenshots of the resizing, hopefully they will clarify the issue. Both the tv and the monitor run at the same resolution. Look for Sound, Video, and Game controllers.

I just found a solution this last Christmas when my family was messing around with it and trying to get it to work. This happens if your hardware is outdated.
